David N. Urbach is an experienced leader in telecommunications and real estate, skilled in intricate negotiations, strategic alliances, and overcoming obstacles for success. Successfully negotiated and executed 500+ real estate and fiber network contracts across North America. Holds a BS in Business from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, a Master of Science in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniel’s School of Business, an MBA from Colorado State University, and is certified in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School. David enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, skiing, hiking, kayaking, craft breweries and working around the house on various home projects.
